Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
This position is 100% onsite in Concord, NH.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer employee benefits and leave of absence programs.
Oversee wellness activities and coordinate wellness fair.
Assist in reporting and documenting workers compensation incidents and claims.
Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Conduct exit interviews
Assist HR Director with 403b and workers compensation audits.
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist functions. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
