We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. Duties

Utilize data analysis skills to assess workforce metrics and inform decision-making.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors related to HR services.
Present HR initiatives, updates, and metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Skills
Proficiency in HR software systems such as Dayforce, Paylocity, ADP, or Oracle.
Strong data analysis skills for interpreting workforce data and trends.
Expertise in succession planning methodologies.
Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and agreements.
Knowledge of process improvement techniques within HR functions.
