We're a private, not-for-profit organization coordinating public health grants for a 26-county region in central PA, seeking a Housing Program Analyst for our full-time hybrid position balanced between work-from-home and within our Camp Hill, PA office.

This position works with a diverse network of partners, including health systems, federally qualified health centers and community-based organizations, and in partnership with a team that works on a wide range of public health grant-funded programs and direct services. These include but are not limited to reproductive health, preventative health services, community-health services, HIV/AIDS care and services, and the WIC Program.

Requirements

The successful candidate will communicate with service providers, provide customer support, training and technical assistance, make accurate data entry into housing systems, handle housing application review and eligibility determination, coordinate budget monitoring, facilitate and coordinate service provider meetings, implement program policies and prepare/submit any grant-required reports. The candidate must work well with a team and be able to work with a diverse set of partners. This is a hybrid remote/onsite position with an annual pay range of $47,000-$55,000, dependent on experience.

Bachelor's degree in public health related field or equivalent work experience in public health, social work, maternal and child health, public administration, or a similar field is required. Must possess excellent analytical, customer-service, communication, and presentation skills. Experience with working with historically marginalized populations and advancing health equity is preferred. Must demonstrate strong competency in Microsoft Office suite. Travel, including a limited number of out-of-town trips, is necessary.

Child Protection Clearances (formerly "Act 153 Clearances")

The following clearances and background checks are required upon employment and as a condition of continued employment:

  • PA State Police Criminal Record Check (PATCH)
  • FBI Criminal Record Check, from fingerprinting
  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance (PACA)
