Are you passionate about helping individuals who have experienced trafficking or exploitation find safe and stable housing? Do you have a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of survivors? If so, we are looking for a dedicated Housing Navigator to join our team at Call To Freedom in Sioux Falls, SD.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess the housing needs of survivors of trafficking or exploitation
- Develop and implement individualized housing plans
- Coordinate with community partners to identify and secure safe and stable housing options
- Provide ongoing support and advocacy to survivors as they transition into housing
- Collaborate with case managers and other team members to ensure integrated service delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of housing services provided
- Participate in trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with survivors of trafficking, exploitation, or other trauma
- Knowledge of housing resources and programs in the Sioux Falls area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with survivors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred

Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain motor vehicle insurance
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including possible overnight trips
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
