We are a statewide nonprofit serving seniors, families and children across Michigan, and we’re looking for someone with pride, heart and reliability to join our Senior Living Campus in Saginaw.

What You’ll Do
Instead of just “cleaning,” you’ll be creating an environment where residents feel respected, cared for and safe. Your daily work will include:
- Caring for resident rooms and shared spaces so they feel warm, clean and welcoming
- Helping maintain the rhythm of daily life by keeping common areas fresh and inviting
- Supporting laundry needs so residents always have what they need to feel comfortable
- Following safety and cleaning guidelines to protect residents, visitors and your team
- Being a friendly, familiar presence residents can count on

What You Bring
- A caring spirit and compassion for seniors
- Reliability and pride in doing your work well
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow safety procedures
- Housekeeping or laundry experience is helpful, but not required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
If you have heart and a strong work ethic, we’ll support you with the training you need to succeed.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
- Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm OR 7:00 am–3:30 pm
- Weekends / Holidays: rotation schedule
- Pay:$13.73 / hour
- $250 bonus after 90 days
