As a Mission Hospice volunteer, you will support patients and their families through the dying process. Volunteer support includes reading to patients, running errands, and providing friendly interaction in private residences and nursing homes.
Our office is located in Pasadena, but our patients are throughout the Greater Los Angeles area, San Fernando Valley, and San Gabriel Valley. You will support hospice patients and their families in areas convenient to your residence.
We provide training to prepare you for hospice volunteering, and no previous experience is necessary.
