Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls and in-person visits to referral sources.

- Deliver presentations and in-services to educate on hospice services and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission processes.
- Represent the organization at community events and networking activities.
- Provide daily activity reports and follow up on referrals to facilitate care admissions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in hospice.
- Strong knowledge of hospice services, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
- Established referral relationships within Houston.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
