Part-Time Homework Help Teacher
Afterschool Program is seeking an experienced, caring, and enthusiastic Homework Help Teacher to support elementary students (TK–5th Grade) with homework and academic enrichment.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Help students complete daily homework assignments.
- Provide academic support in Math and English.
- Strengthen students’ reading, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Encourage good study habits and independent learning.
- Create a positive, patient, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of elementary Math and English.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, or childcare experience is preferred.
- Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Must pass a background check.
- College students majoring in Education, Child Development, English, Mathematics, or related fields are welcome to apply!
Compensation
$35–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
