Manage a caseload of up to 8 clients, supporting them in a
collaborative
way that highlights their needs, achievable goals, and how to reach them.
Build working professional relationships to encourage engagement with internal and external services.
Support to maintain tenancies and accommodation, ensuring all bills paid, rent collected, and minimising arrears or debt.
Maximise income through welfare & benefit claims.
Provide move on support once journey is completed. Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in providing support and guidance to individuals and families facing homelessness.
Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build trust with clients.
Proficiency in navigating social services and connecting clients with the resources they need.
Excellent
problem-solving
and
critical thinking
abilities to address complex challenges.
Commitment to advocating for the rights and well-being of marginalized communities.
