In this role, reporting to the Program Manager, you will coordinate and manage programs addressing homelessness while ensuring effective partnership with service providers. Your responsibilities will include monitoring budgets, coordinating community development activities, and maintaining compliance with service agreements, all aimed at enhancing support for at-risk individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor service agreement deliverables and outcomes
• Manage contract requests and necessary documentation
• Compile and analyze statistical data on program aspects
• Develop strong partnerships with community stakeholders
• Prepare and support program-related submissions
Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services or equivalent experience
• At least three years in a related social service role
• Experience managing contracts and community projects
• Strong understanding of homelessness services
• Valid Class “G” driver’s license
