The Home Visiting Manager will provide oversight and management functions for the Children’s Trust of South Carolina’s home visiting partner network and funded service provision in collaboration with the director of home visiting. This position will serve as lead for the statewide central administration for the Healthy Families America (HFA) program model multi-site system in South Carolina and supervise staff supporting the provision of high-quality program implementation through quality assurance and technical assistance to program partners across the state. Performs under minimal supervision, a wide variety of complex tasks requiring practical understanding of program, partnership building, evaluation, and office and staff management. Provides support to home visiting staff in collaboration with the director of home visiting.
Qualifications
Have a bachelor’s degree in social work, earlychildhood education, publichealth, mental health or other related fieldsand a minimum of five years relatedexperience in program development working with families and childrenin the fields of prevention or familysupport; master’sdegree and a minimum of three years’ experience with program management preferred. Spanishspeaking fluency is also preferred.

Hiring Range – Based on five years of experience.
