KenCrest is looking for a resourceful and detail-driven Healthcare Executive Administrative Assistant to join our mission of empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this hybrid role, you won’t just manage calendars and coordinate meetings—you’ll be a vital partner to our Healthcare Leadership Team, helping to move key projects forward, streamline operations, and keep communication flowing.

Full-time, Monday through Friday during standard business hours
Hybrid remote/in-office role with occasional on-site presence for meetings, licensing activities, and administrative support as needed
Some of What You’ll Do:
Serve as the right hand to the Executive Director and Healthcare Leadership
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document follow-ups
Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and expense reports
Support healthcare programs and leaders through project coordination
Take ownership of special projects from planning to execution, using independent judgment to solve problems and keep initiatives on track
Maintain confidential communications and organized department records
Act as a key liaison with internal teams and external partners
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field preferred
5+ years of executive-level administrative experience required
Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency required
Valid driver’s license required
Project management or coordination experience in a healthcare or nonprofit setting strongly preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and licensing processes is a plus
