Job Description:
Title: Healthcare Business Analyst
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Type: Hybrid; candidates will need to go onsite on an as needed basis when needing to work with stakeholders/dependent on business needs
Location: Irvine, CA
Desired Skills and Experience:
3-5+ years of experience as a BA
Healthcare background
Strong experience working with an EHR system (electronic health record)
Strong documentation/requirements gathering experience
Experience working with c-suite execs and analysts
Experience in creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a healthcare organization.
Day to day:
An employer in the Irvine area is seeking a true Business Analyst. This individual will be primarily responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Will be working with various people from EHR analysts to C-Suite executives to conduct a thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement. Other duties include developing detailed business cases, project plans, and requirements, and working closely with IT and development teams to design and implement technology solutions. Must be able to understand data tables and able to talk through workflow with the operations team.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $45/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
