Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and post all donations in Raiser’s Edge
• Process one-time gifts and monthly donations
• Import donations from multiple sources
• Resolve credit card transaction issues
• Manage donor inquiries through email
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years of donation processing experience
• Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge and similar systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of CRA rules for receipting
• Attention to detail and accuracy-focused
