Gold Shift Group Leader – The Arc Southwest Indiana
The Arc Southwest Indiana is hiring a Gold Shift Group Leader to support individuals with disabilities in living, learning, and working in the community. You’ll lead a team, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Supervision: Train and oversee staff, ensuring safety and proper PPE use.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards, implement standardized work, and ensure cross-training.
Communication & Accountability: Coordinate with management, report issues, and follow directives.
Logistics & Documentation: Hold a valid driver’s license, transport team members, and complete reports.
Team Support: Guide Team Leaders in training and supporting members.
Other Duties: Perform tasks necessary for successful operations.
Qualifications:
Leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check (No Felonies)
