Job Title:
Green Drop Attendant
Green Drop partners with nonprofit organizations to redirect millions of pounds of quality, pre-owned items away from landfills and back into communities for reuse. We accept donations on behalf of our nonprofit partners and pay them for those items, providing critical funding for their missions. Community donated goods are then given a second chance to be loved again in local thrift stores.

What You’ll Be Working On
Providing exceptional service to donors, embodying our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Leading by example at the donation site.
Essential Job Functions
Greet donors warmly and engage in friendly conversation.
Assist donors with donations and vehicle unloads.
Record donor information using a tablet (iPad).
Help truck drivers during donation pickups.
Organize donations and maintain site cleanliness.
Manage supply inventory and perform other duties as assigned.
Must be on-site during working hours and able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
What You Have
Ability to work independently and interact positively with people.
Strong desire to provide excellent service.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and initiative.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum Age Requirements
At least 18 years old.
