Title: Grants Manager

The Grants Manager will oversee the administration of the hospital’s portfolio of active federal and state grants. The ideal candidate will have experience in grant or project management, excellent organizational skills, strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of grant-funded projects and adherence to federal and state regulations.

Education required: Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management or related field required

License, Certification and/or Registration: Certification in grants management (e.g. CGMP, GPC) is a plus

Experience: Experience in federal grants management required. Familiarity with federal grant regulations (e.g., OMB Circulars, Uniform Guidance) is essential. Federal procurement policy experience is required

Additional skills/abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in grant management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
