Grants Manager
The Grants Manager works closely with the Chief Development Officer to manage the grants portfolio of Prime Health+. This position maintains the primary role in government, foundation, and other private grant writing and managing the organization’s portfolio of HRSA grants. This position supports other activities and assignments related to fundraising, donor development, special events, and community relations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services, Public Health, Public or Business Administration field or 3-5 years’ experience substituted for one year college. Previous non-profit experience desirable, demonstrated grant writing, especially federal and state grants and contracts. Previous employment in healthcare sector is preferred.
