Job Description: As a Grants Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the grant management process. You will work closely with the Grants Manager and other team members to ensure the efficient administration of grants. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and submission of grant applications and proposals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of grant activities and documentation.

Monitor grant deadlines and ensure timely submission of required reports.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for grant applications.

Provide administrative support to the Grants Manager, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

Conduct research to identify potential funding opportunities and stay informed about grant requirements.

Assist in the development of grant budgets and financial reports.

Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in grant administration or nonprofit sector is a plus.
