Role Description
The Grants and Data Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Reporting to the Director of Grants and Data, this position supports the organization’s fundraising and reporting efforts through grant writing, data management, and program reporting.
Responsibilities include researching funding opportunities, assisting with grant proposals and reports, collecting and analyzing organizational data, maintaining grant records, generating reports for funders and leadership, supporting HMIS administration, and helping ensure data accuracy and compliance with grant requirements. The Grants and Data Associate works closely with program staff to communicate organizational impact and support data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Two or more years of professional experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data accurately.
- Experience working with databases and maintaining data quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience with grant writing, grants administration, nonprofit reporting, HMIS, or fundraising is preferred.
- Commitment to the mission of serving individuals experiencing or at risk for homelessness.
