Position: Granting Director Role, Non-Profit Sector

In this permanent full-time role, you will report directly to the Vice President, leading a dedicated team. Your expertise will guide the Foundation in establishing best-practice granting frameworks while partnering with various stakeholders, aligning priorities, and developing metrics for success. Your contributions will play a crucial role in facilitating significant cancer research and treatment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and assess granting effectiveness and processes

• Partner with leadership for funding alignment and project management

• Track grant progress with internal and external scorecards

• Review grant activities for compliance and transparency

• Support donor reporting with accurate information

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, public administration, or related area

• At least 8 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with charitable compliance regulations

• Demonstrated leadership in healthcare settings

• Strong critical thinking and presentation skills
