Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Grant Writer/Manager for our client in Long Beach, CA. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to supporting athletes through impactful programs and inclusive community initiatives.
Location: Long Beach, CA (100% Onsite)
Pay: $58,000 – $66,000/year
Shifts Available: Full-Time Schedule | Benefits eligible from the 1st of the following month

What You’ll Do:
Manage a portfolio of grants from institutional, corporate, and government funders
Write and coordinate compelling proposals and ensure grant compliance and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to align funding needs with grant opportunities
Cultivate and steward funder relationships through ongoing communication and engagement
Maintain accurate records using Raiser’s Edge and lead strategic grant initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3–5 years of experience in grant writing, management, and foundation relations
Strong writing, research, and project management skills
Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM systems
Willingness to travel, work evenings/weekends, and pass background/DMV checks
