Role Description
This is a part time or full-time, position with a hybrid work schedule as an option.
Primary responsibilities include identifying grant opportunities, writing compelling grant proposals, managing grant applications, tracking milestones, and maintaining relationships with funding organizations. The Grant Development Specialist will also collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary data, ensure compliance with grant requirements, and assist with reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess grant requirements and evaluate funding opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for written proposals and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Familiarity with Donor Perfect is advantageous for managing grant tracking
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge or experience in the nonprofit or advocacy sector is a plus
