What you will be working on?
Coordinate and manage all aspects of volunteer programmes, events, and trainings (online/onsite) , including liaising with partners, sourcing vendors, and handling logistics for catering, printing, and other needs.
Develop and implement comprehensivevolunteer engagement strategies that align with organisational initiatives.
Contribute to the planning and execution of annual volunteer
recognition
programme, including the
appreciation
event and award scheme.
Plan and conduct surveysto evaluate volunteer feedback of volunteer programmes and use insights to enhance future initiatives.
Conceptualise, prepare, and managemarketing and publicity materials to promote events, programmes, and training sessions effectively.
Manage docent/volunteer related matters such as processing of volunteer identification cards, organising engagement sessions, etc.
Manage and respond to queriesin the volunteer enquiry inbox in a timely manner.
Coordinate and maintain an
up-to-date
volunteer database and record-keeping system.
Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting strategic organisational projects and initiatives.
What are we looking for?
Singaporean only Minimum Diploma in Arts, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or Social Sciences with minimum 2 years working experience.
Experience in
community engagement
