Working Hours:
Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pmSalary: $4,000/ month
Job Responsibilities:
Create and flesh out volunteer roles align with operational needs.
Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit and retain volunteers.
Conduct onsite visits to assess volunteers operation at branches and identify the areas for improvement.
Plan and coordinate volunteer networking sessions to strengthen commitment among volunteers.
Implement programmes if needed.
Requirements:
Singaporean only Experience in recruitment/ training/ supervising/ engagement of volunteers will be an added advantage.
