Position: $4300/Mth | Govt Manager | Mon – Fri (Office hrs)
Salary:$4300/Mth, 1 year contract
Job Duties:
Forge partnerships with organisations to curate opportunities that meet strategic youth development needs
Identify and support organisations to deliver
impactful
programmes that meet youth needs
Leverage on grants and identify
innovative
approaches to build and strengthen partnerships with organisations in support of focus areas
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish, maintain and develop good working relationships with organisations with the objective of supporting youth development/ engagement
Contribute to the SG Youth Plan by co-developing and funding partners engagement platforms and support in reporting requirements
Manage and administer relevant grants
Skills/Competency
Required:
Degree in any field
Good
communication
, writing,
critical thinking
and
project management
skills
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal/ networking/ customer service skills
Able to synthesise and analyse information well Meticulous and good with numbers
Able to prioritise work, and adapt in a
dynamic environment
Able to work independently and in a team Knowledge of and interest in the youth sector would be advantageous
Experience in starting ground-up projects and working with partners would be advantageous
Available to work on weekends and weekday evenings if required (off in-lieu will be provided)
Working
Schedule:
• Mon – Thurs: 8:30am-6:00pm
• Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm
• Flexible/ staggered start and end times, Hybrid work arrangement:
Work from office at least 2 – 3 days a week Working
