Overview:
We are launching and building multiple mission-driven startups starting with a real estate business and seeking a General Integrator who thrives on bringing structure to vision, driving execution, and helping build something meaningful from the ground up.
This role is based on the Visionary/Integrator model (V/I Model) by Gino Wickman, where the Visionary brings the big ideas and energy, and the Integrator brings accountability, systems, and traction.
This is not a traditional 9–5 job or a high-paying corporate role. It’s a passion-driven opportunity for someone who believes in building something bigger than themselves. Pay is not the main focus alignment, availability, flexibility, and heart are.
Phase One Focus: Real Estate Operations
We are beginning with growing a personal real estate business. Your immediate role will include:
Structuring lead generation and client follow-up systems.
Helping manage open house events, CRM pipelines, and marketing timelines.
Supporting branding and communication strategies.
Holding the Visionary (and team) accountable to business growth goals.
Assisting in scheduling, client engagement, and reporting metrics.
Tiny Homes
Brand Management/Establishing Awareness
Long-Term Integration Across All Startups and Scaling:
Once the real estate systems are moving smoothly, your scope will expand into:
Music Business
Supporting creative project timelines, marketing plans, and partnerships.
Managing logistics for releases, studio time, social media, and revenue tracking.
Music Releases and Vision Work
Non-Profit in the Recovery Field
Assisting with early-stage structure, strategy, and operations of recovery-related initiatives.
Aligning outreach, mission impact, and community collaborations.
Provide general knowledge on 12-Step Programs and recovery related groups to the general public and those seeking support.

Pay: $500.00 – $1,000.00 per year
