This position will provide supportive services and employment support to Goodwill employees. This role will assist employees in maintaining employment, improving employability skills, and achieving employment/career goals to assist employees in reaching their highest level of self-sufficiency.
Compensation:
$191,000
Responsibilities:
Performs Intake and Assessments.
Provide referrals to WorkLife Partnership (WLP) and partner agencies using appropriate protocols, such as a warm handoff.
Complete Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) with Goodwill employees after 90 days of employment, provide and/or coordinate training recommendations, and check-ins.
Work alongside Human Resources and specific departments to guide employees using Career Ladders and employment pathways to offer training and coaching supports for enhanced employee engagement and retention.
Proactively identify and learn of available community resources/services for compiling and maintaining an up-to-date collection of resources for employees.
Train employees on the Financial Literacy battery of courses for compliance and for the acquisition of payroll advances.
Maintain internal support services (pantry services, holiday gifts, bus passes, etc.) and assist with emergency supports (food insecurity, housing, financial security, transportation, and daycare).
Provides case management, maintains case notes and records.
Maintains CARF standards, as well as follows required reporting guidelines and data entry.
Maintain professional boundaries and a positive work environment with all employees and partners.
Reviews and is familiar with OK Goodwill safety policies, programs, and procedures. Adheres to all safety rules, regulations, and safety codes, and attends safety training sessions and necessary safety meetings.
May perform other duties and projects as required by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have a minimum of four (2) years of work experience in workforce development, human services, counseling environments, or community rehabilitation in lieu of a college degree.
Previous experience preferred in the field of employment, transitional employment assistance, job development, coaching those seeking employment, or resource navigation for individuals with multiple barriers to employment.
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Must maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, current auto insurance, and tag.
Must maintain a good driving record and pass MVR check.
Must pass OSBI/DOC background check as well as drug screening.
