What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist in the implementation of a year-round fundraising program
Meet weekly outreach, fundraising, recruitment, and outreach goals
Maintain an ongoing pipeline of fundraising participants
Deliver regular status reports to drive relationship building, fundraising, and recruitment
Ensure best practices are implemented in fundraising initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
1-2 years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising events, corporate partnerships, and employee engagement
Strong recruitment skills and a demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service
Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or Social Entrepreneurship
Familiarity with fundraising and technology platforms such as Blackbaud/TeamRaiser and Salesforce
Robust customer service experience, including phone, text, and email
