Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Fundraising Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and achieving sales growth targets for fundraising initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, cultivating new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure partner success. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine fundraising solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
- Strong background in Fundraising Strategies, Financial Planning, and Market Research
- Excellent Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM Systems, Data Analysis, and Project Management tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for non-profit or fundraising initiatives is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred
