We’re looking for a Fundraising Database Coordinator to support a passionate fundraising team focused on growing individual donations and securing critical foundation and corporate grants. This is a role with a strong emphasis on data systems and strategy—ideal for someone ready to take ownership of a donor database and contribute to the long-term success of development operations.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the go-to expert for Raiser’s Edge and NXT—ensuring clean, accurate, and insightful data
Build queries, generate complex reports, and support analytics that drive fundraising performance
Provide essential administrative support
Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and volunteer engagement teams
Support systems that power storytelling, donor stewardship, and community engagement
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of nonprofit experience focused on donor data administration and reporting
Advanced Raiser’s Edge user with experience in NXT (required)
Excel power user—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and beyond
A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for data integrity
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
Clear communicator who can explain data and systems in simple terms
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
