Are you a Rock Star at Customer-Service?

Do you have the empathy and vision needed as a leader to support partners through the ups and downs of the fundraising process?

Are you amazing at coaching others to success? Are you ready to use these leadership skills to coach our partners to achieving their fundraising goals?

Can you communicate clear fundraising goals with our fundraising partners, giving them the tools they need to be successful?

Are you comfortable with managing customer data to ensure all the info is tracked in our system?

Do You Have

High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in a related field? (Relevant work experience can be considered instead of education.)

Three years in sales, support, or customer service within a fundraising, nonprofit, or related environment? (Athletic or academic coaching experience is a plus!)

A proven track record of outstanding customer service, with a focus on coaching clients to success?

Exceptional time management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively?

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms?

Excellent communication skills, with strong phone and email capabilities?

A hunger and drive to succeed?
