Fundraising Representative
We’re hiring Fundraising Representatives in Santa Barbara to support major nonprofit organizations working on humanitarian, environmental, and social justice campaigns.
This is an entry-level role with paid training, ideal for people interested in nonprofits, advocacy, marketing, communications, community outreach, or public engagement.
No previous experience is required – we’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy talking with others and working in team environments.

About The Role
Our teams raise funds through face-to-face outreach with members of the public in community spaces and neighborhoods.
- Meeting and speaking with new people throughout the day
- Working in energetic and supportive team environments
- Active work that involves being outdoors and on your feet
- $20/hour guaranteed starting pay (non-commission)
- Regular pay reviews and performance-based raises
