About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various community outreach programs aligned with the organization’s mission. Your primary focus will be to coordinate efforts among different departments, partners, and volunteers to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that promote spiritual growth, social development, and community engagement. Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in social work, community development, religious studies, or a related field. Exceptional organizational and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to engage with diverse stakeholders, including community members, volunteers, and partner organizations. A demonstrated commitment to the values of faith-based service, cultural sensitivity, and ethical conduct is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and social media platforms will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate community outreach programs aligned with organizational goals and mission.
- Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics to optimize efficiency and impact.
- Conduct outreach activities, including community meetings, workshops, and faith-based events.
- Monitor and report on program performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Provide training and support to volunteers and staff involved in program activities.
- Promote the organization’s mission and values through various communication channels.
- Stay informed about community needs, trends, and best practices in faith-based outreach.
