Schedule: Full-time – onsite

Kids In Need Foundation (KINF) is a national nonprofit dedicated to creating equitable learning environments for underserved schools and students. We work to distribute essential school supplies and resources, invest in teachers, and support students in need across the country. As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are seeking a passionate Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator 2r to join our team and help drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities:
Uphold team values of Safety, Efficiency, and Accountability
Inbound: Unload and count donations of varying volume, work with leadership to catalog inbound materials, store inventory in accordance with safety and efficiency standards
Outbound: Accurately fulfill orders, pack and prepare shipments, and load outbound trucks
Perform scheduled cycle counts to maintain accurate warehouse inventory
Maintain a clean working environment for staff and visitors
Comfortable using heavy equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, pallet wrapper, cardboard compactor
Work with internal and external teams toward a shared mission
Answering inquiries into available inventory
Capacity to serve as back-up to warehouse lead in case of absence
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
Ability to do simple multiplication, addition, and subtraction
Forklift certification within first 30 days of hire (training provided)
Proficiency using warehouse management software
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 to 3 years of direct warehouse experience preferred
Physical Demands
Required to stand for long periods of time
Required to be able to bend and perform repetitive motions
Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
Able to move pallets weighing up to 2,000 pounds
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: $20-23.00/ hourly
