Position Overview:

We’re seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist & Office Support Coordinator to be the face of our St. Petersburg office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping things organized, and enjoys being at the heart of a growing real estate company.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also handling essential clerical and administrative tasks to support our team. If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and have a natural ability to keep things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, vendors, and agents with professionalism and warmth

• Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and provide general information

• Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies

• Keep the front office tidy, stocked, and welcoming

• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars

• Support real estate agents and executives with light administrative tasks

• Handle basic data entry, document prep, and file management (digital + physical)

• Assist with light marketing tasks (event prep, social media support, etc.)

• Coordinate with vendors for office/facility needs (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)

• Provide general support across departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative support role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and phone systems

• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure

• Real estate office experience is a strong plus but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent required
