Compensation: $120/hour + mileage reimbursement, ~6-12 hours per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a caring, confident Trainer to deliver pre-developed caregiver education workshops focused on dementia care. This is a freelance, part-time opportunity ideally suited for someone transitioning from full-time work into retirement who still wants to give back to the community.
Responsibilities:
– Facilitate engaging training sessions for caregivers using existing curriculum from Teepa Snow, a globally recognized professional in the field.
– Help caregivers understand and respond effectively to the needs of people with dementia.
– Encourage participation and create an inclusive, supportive learning space.
– Share feedback to improve future sessions.
Qualifications:
– Strong communication and group facilitation skills.
– Empathetic, dependable, and personable.
– Background in caregiving, education, health, or related fields is a plus.
– Must be comfortable learning structured content and speaking to groups.
– Willingness to travel locally for trainings.
Training Provided: All training materials and instruction are provided. No prior dementia expertise required. Trainer training provided by .
