For All the Children is expanding its founding board and is seeking experienced professionals who want to contribute their expertise to building an organization designed to transform the lives of children and young people.
Our vision is ambitious.
We are creating a long-term support system that walks alongside children from early childhood through young adulthood, providing educational support, mentorship, workforce development, life skills, sports, arts, family engagement, and pathways to long-term success.
As a Founding Board Member, you will do far more than attend meetings.
You will help shape strategy, strengthen governance, build partnerships, support fundraising, and provide leadership as we scale our impact.
We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in:
• Nonprofit leadership
• Fundraising and philanthropy
• Education
• Youth development
• Program management
• Organizational development
• Finance and accounting
• Law
• Marketing and communications
• Human resources
• Corporate partnerships
• Healthcare or mental health
• Technology and AI
• Community development
We also welcome professionals who bring diverse cultural, professional, and lived experiences that strengthen our ability to serve communities.
Board Expectations
Founding Board Members will:
• Attend board meetings regularly
• Participate actively in strategic planning
• Serve on or lead a committee
• Help strengthen the organization through their expertise
• Support fundraising in ways aligned with their strengths
• Act as ambassadors for the organization within their networks
