The Officer will assist in executing TSO’s growth strategy for foundations and trusts. Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, your role involves prospecting, proposal writing, and managing grants lifecycle. Engage with fund holders and help expand TSO’s philanthropic landscape while maintaining thorough grant documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure funding from new foundations and trusts
• Manage full grant lifecycle: proposals, reporting, and stewardship
• Track deadlines within the Foundations and Trusts calendar
• Prepare leadership for strategic donor meetings
• Create financial reports with Finance team
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in grant writing and donor stewardship
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in fundraising databases
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of performing arts is an asset
