Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Foundation Repair Laborer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating tools and equipment, and contributing to the stability and safety of residential structures.
Responsibilities:
Assist with all phases of foundation repair, including helical pier installation, installing crawlspace encapsulation, demo work, and drain and pump installation.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials and equipment
Follow instructions from crew leaders and foremen
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work in a variety of weather conditions and environments
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications:
Prior construction or foundation repair experience preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate who wants to learn and work hard
Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude
Benefits:
Competitive pay – Candidates will start off with training pay based on their experience, with an opportunity for growth after a 90-day review. Current labor position rates at SouthernDry range from $15-$24 per hour based on experience and tenure.
