Regional One Health Foundation is hiring a Foundation Coordinator—a high-impact, high-energy role ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly, contribute immediately, and grow into a leadership path in healthcare fundraising.
This is a newly created position designed for someone eager to take initiative, support top-level leaders, and gain exposure to all aspects of donor engagement, operations, and development strategy. You’ll be part of a small, agile, and collaborative team working to support a mission that saves lives and strengthens communities across the Mid-South.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our fundraising and donor engagement work while helping everything behind the scenes run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage calendars, travel, and scheduling for the VP of Development and Senior Director of Donor Engagement
Keep track of follow-up items and assist in their execution
Serve as the first point of contact for donors, vendors, and visitors
Office & Project Coordination
Oversee office operations and collaborate with the broader Regional One Health team
Coordinate donor tours and assist in planning donor events
Support internal and external fundraising and awareness events throughout the year
Database & Donor Support
Use Raiser’s Edge NXT to update donor records, enter interactions, and run reports
Assist with processing gifts and acknowledgments
Prepare donor mailings and recognition materials, including plaques and custom letters
Reporting & Special Projects
Compile reports, mailing lists, charts, and materials for fundraising and communications efforts
Help streamline and strengthen operational systems
Take on special projects at the direction of the VP and Senior Director
Who We’re Looking For

Preferred qualities include:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience or coursework related to fundraising, communications, healthcare, or nonprofits (internships welcome)
Familiarity with CRM systems like Raiser’s Edge is helpful but not required
A sense of humor, humility, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly
Desire to be part of a mission-driven team that values collaboration, impact, and innovation
