The Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, evaluation and training of staff working with foster and adoptive families, as well as the OKDHS Child Welfare Program through the Center for Public Management Foster Care and Adoption Support Center. Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of office management, administrative experience, or related field.
Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
Department Preferences
- 24 months professional level experience directly supervising staff.
- 36 months professional level experience with DHS Child Welfare programs.
