Flexible but consistent weekly hours, between 8am-4pm M-F

Duties and Responsibilities
As Fingerprint Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
Being a welcoming presence for fingerprint enrollment customers
Following instruction of and providing updates to the Director of Business Services
Communicating identification and payment processes calmy and clearly to customers
Physically guiding customer’s hands gently but confidently through the entire fingerprinting process
Following the strict safety and legal processes of IdentoGO and True North Goodwill
Preforming regular diagnostic checks on enrollment tablet
Consulting IdentoGO Partner Support and Tech Support via phone call when equipment errors arise
Required Skills and Abilities
A high comfort and confidence holding and guiding customer’s hands and fingers
Punctuality and strict attendance
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly and consistently across all cultures, ages, and abilities
High attention to detail
High standard for a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Maintain a positive, patient, and can-do attitude
Strong customer service skills
Must have the ability to learn and retain enrollment processes and requirements
Education and Experience
No education credentials necessary
Fingerprint enrollment experience not necessary, but strongly preferred
Physical Requirements
CONSTANT: Standing. Direct and close quarters customer interaction, including constant holding and touching of customer hands. Constant verbal communication.
