CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is looking for a full-time Financial Services Representative (FSR) for Salem County. Under the direction of the Director of Financial Services, the FSR provides financial management services to clients with a mental health diagnosis.
HIGHLIGHTS
Educate clients with money management, setting financial goals, tracking credit score, enrolling in savings programs.
Aid clients in obtaining the required paperwork to open financial service accounts.
Maintain client trust ledger and checkbook.
Follow-up with clients on a quarterly basis regarding their financial goals.
Full-time | Benefit Eligible (Medical, free DMO dental & free vision) including 6 weeks PTO & 11 Holidays
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor’s in a financial discipline OR
High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years’ experience in financial services.
Financial literacy skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional time management and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
Strong bookkeeping skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, MS Office products, as well as general computer literacy.
Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Valid NJ Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience dealing with mental health/substance use issues to inspire and support others.
