This position will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering closely with operational leadership across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business units
- Partner with operational leaders to analyze performance and drive actionable insights
- Provide financial modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting to support decision-making
- Support long-term planning and strategic initiatives
- Present financial results and insights to senior leadership
- Help drive process improvements and enhance financial visibility across the organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related field
- Experience supporting full P&L or business unit performance
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience in a multi-entity, multi-site, or decentralized environment
- Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex financial concepts
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, services, or nonprofit environments
- CPA, MBA, or relevant advanced degree
