We are seeking a Financial Analyst on a contract to hire basis to work within a collaborative FP&A team. This person will play a key role in variance analysis, dashboard building, forecasting, and monthly close support.
Responsibilities:
Own components of the monthly rolling forecast and support the annual budgeting process
Collaborate with departments to update personnel changes, BARs, and approved budget modifications
Assist with variance analysis and Statement of Cash Flows
Build and maintain financial dashboards and operating metrics in Adaptive Insights
Replicate and validate Excel workbooks originally developed by senior team members
Trace formulas, reconcile multi-tab spreadsheets, and ensure integrity of cross-referenced data
Import data into Adaptive Insights and perform post-import validation and analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
2-4 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience (nonprofit or grant-funded experience a plus)
Expert in Excel: INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, cross-tab referencing
Strong understanding of formulas, workbook structures, and data integrity checks
Experience with Adaptive Insights and/or Workday is a big plus (or willingness to learn fast)
