Job Description
Blake Gendebien is searching for applicants with at least two cycles of experience in fundraising for a highly competitive house race for the 2026 cycle. This role offers significant room for leadership and career growth over the course of the election.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Work with the consultant team and principal to develop and execute an aggressive fundraising plan
Oversee and execute a call time program, including staffing, donor research, and follow up
Plan, schedule, and manage small-and large-scale fundraising events ranging from small social gatherings to large events with 100+ attendees
Oversee building on existing donor databases by identifying, researching, and recruiting new donors
Oversee accurate and timely donor follow up and acknowledgement
Track all donor meetings, conversations, pledges, and conversions
Oversee finance staff and help create an organizational culture of fundraising and ensure that fundraising goals are met or exceeded
Staff and drive the principal
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
Strong knowledge of NGP, Act Blue, and Google Drive
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
A valid US driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation
