We’re looking for a Finance and Accounting Assistant to join our team in Lisbon — someone hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to keep our financial operations running smoothly across multiple educational projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day management of our financial operations — including invoice processing in Primavera ERP, supplier coordination, and liaising with our external accounting firm. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth financial running of our educational projects and maintaining high-quality internal processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supplier and Invoice Management – Collect, verify, and organize supplier invoices, receipts, and contracts. Maintain contact and follow-up with
vendors.ERP O
perations (Primavera ERP) – Launch and validate accounting entries, ensuring accurate VAT mapping and cost center allocation.Accou
nting Coordination – Liaise with our external accounting provider to support monthly closings, VAT submissions, and annual reporting.Finan
cial Process Support – Help structure and maintain efficient internal workflows for expense classification, supplier management, and document control.Inter
nal Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting across departments.
WHAT YOU BRING:
2+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or financial admini
stration.Stron
g attention to detail .Good
understanding of financial processes and willingness to improve workflows.Clear
communicator, able to work collaboratively with both finance and non-finance teams.Fluen
cy in Portuguese and working proficiency in English.Pract
ical experience working with Primavera ERP — including invoice posting, VAT coding, and cost allocation – is a plus
