REMOTE OPTIONAL Field Manager – Marie Hurabiell for Congress (CA-11)

Marie Hurabiell is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead the organizing program for her campaign in California’s 11th Congressional District. This is a full-time, remote optional position starting immediately now through primary day, June 2nd, 2026.

The Field Manager will play a central role in building a winning grassroots operation to mobilize voters and drive turnout across the district.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive field and organizing strategy to turn out voters.
  • Recruit and train volunteers to conduct voter contact via door knocking, texting, and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with campaign leadership to ensure field efforts are fully integrated into overall campaign strategy.
  • Oversee data integrity and reporting using campaign tools and databases.
  • Cut turf, assign turf, and assign volunteers phone calls and text messages.
  • If not in person, work with the on-the-ground volunteer coordinator.
  • Respond to support requests from campaign staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

  • Previous organizing experience and campaign experience required.
  • Proficiency with VAN or PDI, Google Workspace, and Mobilize.
  • Familiarity with peer‑to‑peer texting, relational organizing, and dialer platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and problem‑solve under pressure.

Position is open to in person or remote. There will be an immediate start date.
