Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing various types of fencing while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Fence Installer will be responsible for handling materials, operating tools, and performing tasks related to the installation process.
Responsibilities
Install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental.
Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring proper layout for fence installation.
Assemble fence panels and gates according to specifications.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation.
Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for fence posts.
Conduct masonry work if required for specific installations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns on-site.
Qualifications
Experience in hardscape installation or landscape maintenance is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques is a plus.
Familiarity with concrete forming and finishing processes is beneficial.
Basic masonry skills are desirable but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
